The booking process:

1. Choose your preferred session length by a clicking the button above

Gridlock sessions are 30 minutes or 60 minutes

2. Choose a date and time that suits you

You’ll be redirected to my schedule where you can choose from any of the available time slots. Ignore the price at this point, this is my standard rate for private calls, you have a discount code to use later! 🤩

3. Enter your details

Enter your full name and email address, using the email address registered to your account here on The Grid (if you use a different email address the booking may be cancelled as the system might think you’re a non-member trying to get in through the back door!)

Choose how you would like to have the call, either via video chat or simply a telephone call. If you do choose a telephone call, make sure you enter the right phone number along with the associated country code.

Then, message me with a couple of sentences outlining what our session will be about so I can arrive focused on the task at hand. I won’t do any pre or post work, but you will have my full attention and access to my brain during our time together.

Finally, if you want to add someone else to your call (someone you work with, i.e. your Virtual Assistant) you can do so here by clicking the ‘+ Add Guests’ link and entering their email address.

4. Enter your payment information

You’ll see the total amount payable for our session, and underneath the subtotal you’ll find the ‘Add Promotion Code’ box. Enter the current promotion code (it’s in the pricing table on this page 👆🏽👇🏽) and it will reduce the price to your Grid Player rate. Then, enter your card details and hit ‘pay’.

5. Check your inbox for confirmation

Once your payment has gone through you should receive confirmation of our session booking via email. Be patient, though, some email systems are slower and others might be more sensitive so you may need to check the spam folders. If you haven’t received anything within 60 minutes of making payment, email me on [email protected] and I’ll get everything sorted for you.
