The Breakdown:

  • Every day: Pick up these eight tasks, five days a week. No more than 30 minutes per task (most will take you less). Routine is your new superpower.

  • Every week: You’ve got another eight—once a week. Give each up to an hour, but you’ll speed up quickly. Pair two weeklies with your dailies, and you’re working ten focused tasks, four days a week.

  • Every month: Eight more, once every 28 days, for the big-picture stuff. Stack two with your dailies as needed. Same ten-tasks-max logic applies.
